Overview

EXPEC 570 Fully Automatic Solid Phase Extractor, it is an instrument developed for the pretreatment of organic analysis that can automatically run the solid phase extraction method under unattended conditions. Automatically complete the whole process of solid phase extraction (column activation, sample loading, column rinsing, column drying, column elution, etc.), automatically complete functions such as column switching, precisely control the flow rate through the column, realize the batch processing of samples, and improve the efficiency of laboratory work. At the same time, the integrated host design and classified waste discharge system ensure the health of laboratory personnel.

The column insertion rod is sealed, and the syringe pump accurately controls the flow rate through the column, which is not affected by the sample and column usage status.

Multiple channels are parallel, and the solid phase extraction steps between samples are completely consistent, so that the parallelism and reproducibility of solid phase extraction meet the standard requirements.

Using the immunoaffinity column mode, it is compatible with the purification method of the immunoaffinity column, realizes the automatic decapping of the immunoaffinity column, and can be applied to the pretreatment process of various mycotoxins.

Dedicated large-volume sample loading device, quick replacement of the sample loading module, can realize the enrichment of large-volume water samples larger than 500mL, sample bits can be selected, and batch processing can be realized.

The air column drying function is mainly used in the pretreatment of semi-volatile organic compounds such as SVOCs in environmental water.

Customized special flow path for perfluorinated compounds to achieve non-fluorinated liquid contact materials and meet the application requirements of perfluorinated compounds.
