EXPEC 1340 Online NIR Analyzer

Real-time alarms

It provides real-time alarms and can feed analytical results back to the control system for process control.

Split design

The system adopts a split design, separating precision optical components from the measuring probe installed on the production line. This protects the optical system, extends service life, and makes operation and maintenance easier. The probe can be customized to specific process conditions to achieve optimal measurement performance.

Overview

The EXPEC 1340 Online Analyzer is designed for online monitoring and analysis of material quality during production-line processes. It provides real-time alarms and can feed analytical results back to the control system for process control.

The system adopts a split design, separating precision optical components from the measuring probe installed on the production line. This protects the optical system, extends service life, and makes operation and maintenance easier. The probe can be customized to specific process conditions to achieve optimal measurement performance. The system is suitable for grain and oil processing, brewing, and other applications.

Configuration

OnLine probe: suitable for open material monitoring points such as conveyor belts. Depending on the installation conditions, the distance between the probe window and the material is adjustable within 10-30 cm. For special applications where mist or droplets may appear on the probe window, a dedicated purge gas path is provided.

InLine probe: suitable for enclosed material monitoring points such as closed pipelines. The probe window directly contacts the material. A sampling port and observation window can be installed near the monitoring point for sample comparison and periodic observation of material inside the pipeline.

Features

  • · Online monitoring of multiple sample component parameters
  • · Analysis speed: 5 scans/s
  • · Level-1 and Level-2 alarm limits; trend plots for multiple component parameters for rapid anomaly detection
  • · Split design between the main unit and probe
  • · Multiple connection options including Ethernet and fiber optic
  • · 4-20 mA output directly feeds measurement results back to the production automation control system
  • · IP65 protection rating
  • · C# DLL dynamic link library for secondary development
