Based on gas chromatography with flame ionization detection (GC-FID), the EXPEC 3200 (Model 115Pro) Portable Total Hydrocarbon, Methane and Non-Methane Hydrocarbon Analyzer fully complies with HJ 1332-2023, Stationary Source Emissions - Determination of Total Hydrocarbons, Methane and Non-Methane Hydrocarbons - Portable GC-FID Method, and HJ 1012-2018, Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Portable Total Hydrocarbon, Methane and Non-Methane Hydrocarbon Analyzers for Ambient Air and Waste Gas.
The analyzer features a color touchscreen, supports hot-swappable batteries, and includes a water-based hydrogen generator for extended hydrogen supply. With long operating endurance, intuitive operation and multiple data-quality controls, it meets on-site monitoring needs for THC, methane and NMHC in stationary-source and fugitive emissions, and can be extended to BTEX and related aromatic compounds.
